Course access is 180 days from date of purchase, after which you will no longer have access to the course. The timeframe is listed on each course registration page as well as within the course itself. If your course has expired, you will no longer be able to access the course and the course would need to be repurchased.
If your course is within the 180 days and you are not seeing your course within your dashboard, please contact ONS Customer Relations at help@ons.org for further assistance. Please include your name, ONS ID and order number so we can locate your purchase. If your course was paid for utilizing a code from your institution, please provide this same information to your institution's Customer Success Manager at organizationsupport@ons.org.
