This article explains the process for renewing your provider card and gives instruction on what to do if your certificate has expired.
If your provider card has not yet expired, or you are still within your 30-day grace period, you are eligible to renew via the ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate Renewal™ course. This course offers immediate access upon registration. Please note that if your provider card has expired, but you are still within the 30-day grace period, the $35 late fee will be added to the cost of your registration and is covered by your ONS All-Access code.
If your provider card has expired and you are no longer in your 30-day grace period, you will be required to take the ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate™ course to earn a valid provider card and certificate.
