This article explains how to repurchase your course to gain an additional two testing attempts.
Learners are provided two attempts to successfully pass the post-test with an 80% or better. All attempts must be completed before the course closes.
If you are unsuccessful in meeting the requirements to earn NCPD within the stated time and test attempts or completion of the evaluation during your access to the course, ONS will not grant additional testing or evaluation opportunities, extensions, transfers, cancellations, or refunds.
If you are unsuccessful in earning NCPD and wish to pursue additional attempts, you will need to purchase and register for access to a new course. You can identify the course to be purchased by looking for the "Take 2" verbiage in the course title. See an example below from our ONS/ONCC Chemo Certificate course:
When you purchase the Take 2 version of your course, it permits an additional registration in the same course you took previously and grants you two additional testing attempts.
